Since July 1, 2008, he has served as Executive Director of the LC-MS Commission on Theology and Church Relations. Previously he joined the CTCR staff in 1991 (as Assistant Executive Director) and starting in 2004 as Associate Executive Director. Prior to his work at the CTCR, he served five years as pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Hillsdale, Mich. His education includes the following degrees from Concordia Seminary (St. Louis): M.Div.
